Tucked amidst 130 acres of evolving farmland on the edge of the Forest of Dean, 'SLOE at Daniels opens with a quiet, grounded beginning.

At a fields edge of Daniels Farm, the two 'SLOE barns stand in a newly reinstated orchard, replanted after studying 1840s maps of the farm. Designed and constructed by the family using a mixture of salvaged and consciously sourced materials, the barns draw on the proportions and restraint of the original cattle barns that still stand nearby.

'SLOE is rooted in the heritage of the working farm and inspired by the hands that cultivated not just the soil here, but a lifestyle. This first season marks the start of a long form journey towards a complete rural experience.
